"The Owls have it"- got featured as a daily deviation. I'm super siked.
The owls have it is kind of a beat in the story. Its the overtaking of the rat king by the owls. The rat kings flag burning is symbolic of his fall and the owls rise. The owl leader had to take drastic measures to ensure his victory over the rat king. So he linked up his mind with a sea demon and gained psychic crazy arms and stuff lol.
Yeah its a little out there but i kept building it up as i drew it.

hey spicy, i love your stuff, and have been wondering something, maybe you can answer a question for me...

i want to start putting my own work on deviantart, but the that rights agreement kind of freaks me out...

is my art still mine? or does some of it belong to deviant?

if my work is stolen or used as advertisement what kind of compinsation is presented...

i realise you probably dont have answers to these questions, but being a talented artist as yourself, it might be you already asked these questions and found good reason to put your work on deviant...

your art remains yours. In fact DA is a way of proving the artwork is yours because it has a time stamp based on when it was uploaded. I try to put my art up in a few places for more ways to prove that I created it and I try to put my logo on everything so its a little harder to steal. I also don't put anything high resolution up. Its harder to steal for prints and such that way. All that still doesn't mean it can be stolen and used by somebody but DA is pretty good about upholding copyright. I really wouldnt worry too much about it. Usually you only risk losing copyright when you put your artwork up for contests or for sale through some larger company.
